Foundations
Marketing automation is what your systems do when nobody is watching.
What gets automated, what gets tracked, and what the system reacts to. The layer that database activation and lifecycle marketing are built on top of.
Set up once, so growth does not mean more manual work.

The problem
Manual marketing gets more expensive the better it works.
Every campaign starts from scratch. Somebody exports a list, edits it by hand, uploads it, sets the sends, then copies the results into a sheet. It works at a small scale, and the cost of it grows with every contact you add.
Hand work also introduces mistakes that nobody sees until later: the contact mailed twice, the unsubscribe that never reached the platform, the score that was never updated. The larger the database, the more of these there are.
What we do
Four layers, built once.
What gets automated
The steps that repeat every campaign: list building, suppression, sends, follow-up and handover. Built as workflows rather than as somebody’s checklist.
What gets tracked
Events, sources and consent recorded in one place, so behaviour is available to act on rather than sitting in four disconnected tools.
What the system reacts to
Triggers on real behaviour: a page visited, a form filled, a reply, a stall. The system responds the same way every time, without anyone remembering to.
What it is built on
Clean fields, agreed definitions and reliable integrations, because automation running on unreliable data produces mistakes faster than a person would.
Why B2B Engine
Senior work, published price.
One senior operator
The person who designs the workflows is the person who builds them. No account-manager relay, no junior hand-off.
The layer underneath, not another programme
This is the plumbing that database activation and lifecycle marketing run on. We build it so those programmes stop needing weekly hand work.
Premium work, mid-market price
The kind of revenue operations work a specialist consultancy charges two to three times more for, at a published monthly price.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How is this different from database activation?
Database activation is the programme that earns meetings from the contacts you own. This is the technical layer it runs on. Most clients need both, and the automation is built first.
Do you work inside our platform?
Yes. We build in the platform you already pay for rather than adding another. Most of our work to date has been in HubSpot.
What if our data is a mess?
That is usual, and it is the first thing we deal with. Automation built on unreliable fields produces errors at speed, so hygiene comes before any workflow goes live.
Who does the work?
A senior team led by the founder, with AI and specialist contractors for scale. No junior hand-off.
