Foundations
Cutting cost is the smallest thing AI can do for your marketing.
We build the AI workflows that make marketing faster and steadier, using what genuinely works today. Lower cost comes out of that work rather than driving it.
Built inside the systems you already pay for, with a person in control of every decision that matters.

The problem
Buying AI to spend less puts you behind the companies buying it to advance.
The pitch is everywhere. Replace the work, cut the headcount, pay less. A team that buys on that basis ends up with a cheaper version of what it already had, and a competitor who used the same tools to reach more of the market first.
One narrow workflow makes the next one quicker to build. A year of that changes how much a small team can take on. A company that buys AI once, to save a line of budget, rarely reaches the second workflow.
What we build
Four things, built into the work.
The workflows that run
The repeating steps somebody does by hand today: research, drafting, list building, reporting and follow-up. Built to run on a schedule and produce the same output every time.
The decisions that stay with a person
Judgement, taste and anything that speaks to a customer. The system prepares the work. A named person signs it off before it reaches anybody outside the company.
The proof it ran
A workflow can stop running without anybody noticing. Each one reports what it did, so a failure reaches you through the log rather than through a customer.
The account it runs on
An automation acts with the identity of the account that created it. We build on an operations account your company owns, with the password and the recovery route in your hands.
Why B2B Engine
Senior work, start to finish.
One senior operator
The person who designs the workflows is the person who builds them. No account-manager relay, no junior hand-off.
Only what works today
We build the processes that are possible right now, in your systems. When something being sold to you is not one of them, we say so and explain why.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does this replace our marketing team?
No. The build gives the team you have more room. Judgement, taste and the customer relationship stay with people, and the routine work stops competing for their week.
Will it save us money?
Usually, over time. Savings are a result of the work rather than the target of it. A build aimed only at cost tends to automate the cheap tasks and leave the expensive ones alone.
How do you choose which tools to use?
By what a tool may write into your systems, rather than by what it can read. Every assistant reads a customer relationship management system competently, which is why a reading demonstration proves little. Some platforms restrict writing by plan, and that restriction cannot be bought around.
Who does the work?
A senior team led by the founder, with AI and specialist contractors for scale. No junior hand-off.
