B2B Email Marketing Agency
Sell to the list you have already paid for.
Segmentation, campaigns, nurture and re-engagement, run against the contacts already sitting in your CRM.
Meetings from the database you already own, and from accounts you name.

The problem
An unmailed database is paid-for demand going cold.
Companies spend years collecting contacts through events, content and paid campaigns, then mail a small fraction of them. Writing in the Journal of Marketing in 2013, Sabnis, Chatterjee, Grewal and Lilien found that around 70% of marketing-generated leads are never pursued by sales.
Those contacts are bought and paid for. Mailing them properly is the cheapest pipeline available to you, and it does not need a bigger budget to start. Email is one of the three channels B2B marketers most plan to put more money into for pipeline, named by 59%. That is Demand Gen Report’s 2025 benchmark survey.
What we do
Every send goes to one segment with one offer.
Segmentation
Five fixed cuts of your database: never contacted, once engaged, currently engaged, customers, and suppressed.
Campaigns
Written, built and sent, with the offer matched to where the contact actually is.
Nurture and scoring
Sequences that keep running, so contacts re-enter as they age and nobody has to rebuild them.
Deliverability
Domain health, warm-up and list hygiene, so the sends reach the inbox instead of the promotions tab.
Why B2B Engine
Senior work, published price.
One senior operator
The person who plans your segments is the person who reviews every send. No account-manager relay, no junior hand-off.
Email and content as one
The same team writes your content and your sequences, so the asset that earns the click and the email that sends it are built together.
Premium work, mid-market price
The kind of database work an enterprise consultancy charges two to three times more for, at a published monthly price.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How big does our database need to be?
Around twenty thousand contacts makes a full programme worth the fee. Below that we usually start with cold email and build the list first.
Our list has not been mailed in over a year. Is it dead?
Rarely. It needs a careful restart rather than a blast. We send to the smallest viable batch first to protect your domain, then widen as the signals hold.
Will this hurt our deliverability?
That risk is the reason we start small. Domain health, warm-up and suppression rules come before the first campaign, not after it.
Do you work in our CRM or your own tools?
Yours. We work inside HubSpot, Salesforce or whatever you already run, so nothing leaves your systems when the engagement ends.
What about GDPR and consent?
A consent audit is part of the first two weeks. Contacts without a lawful basis go to suppression rather than into a sequence.
When do we see the first meetings?
The first reactivation campaign goes out in weeks three and four, so first replies land inside the first month. Steady flow takes a quarter.
