Foundations
Campaigns are the last thing you build, not the first.
Marketing becomes the operating system your go-to-market runs on. The website, operations, automation, content, brand and moat all get built before a campaign spends anything.
Built once, owned by you, and the thing every campaign spends against.

The problem
A campaign spends against whatever is underneath it.
Most companies buy campaigns first. The ads run, the emails send, and the results stay flat, because the visitor arrives at a website that cannot answer them, the enquiry reaches nobody in particular, and the contact goes back into a database that no system is watching.
Changing agency rarely fixes that, because the next agency inherits the same foundations. The spend gets better at reaching people and the business stays just as bad at doing something with them.
What we build
Six foundations, built before the campaigns.
The website
The place your information reaches people, search engines and AI assistants, and the one asset you own outright. It carries your landing pages too, so there is no second tool to pay for.
Marketing operations
Lifecycle stages, routing, handover rules and one report both teams accept. The agreements that decide what happens to an enquiry.
Marketing automation
What gets automated, what gets tracked and what the system reacts to. Without it every campaign starts from cold and somebody does the work by hand.
Content
The material every channel runs on. Built once and published continuously, so the campaigns have something worth clicking.
Brand
What you stand for, said the same way everywhere. The reason a buyer remembers you between the first visit and the day they are ready.
The moat
What a competitor cannot copy by outspending you. Owned audience, owned data and a position that is yours, all of which come from the five above rather than from any campaign.
Why B2B Engine
Senior work, published price.
One senior operator
The person who designs the foundations is the person who builds them. No account-manager relay, no junior hand-off.
Build and run are separate, and we do both
This page is the building. The Revenue Engine is the running. Most clients need the foundations in place first, and the same team stays on afterwards.
Premium work, mid-market price
The kind of build a specialist consultancy charges two to three times more for, at a published monthly price.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do we need all six?
Rarely. Most companies already have two or three in some form. We look at what is there, say plainly what is missing, and build in the order that unblocks the most.
How long before we can run campaigns?
Campaigns usually start before the foundations are finished. What changes is the order: the website and the tracking come first, so the early campaigns produce something you can read.
What is the moat, in practice?
An audience you own rather than rent, data nobody else has, and a position competitors cannot claim. All three come from the other five foundations, which is why they are worth building before the spend.
Who does the work?
A senior team led by the founder, with AI and specialist contractors for scale. No junior hand-off.
